To maintain your brain works is to creat the environment is the most important factor.

If it is a mannor of life environment, you will never keep your brain fresh.

Meeting reguraly with people.

Try something new,  such a stimulant is needed.

However, it sometimes not changing it is sometimes good affect.

That is what is called life rythm.

Wake up a certain amount of time and sleep certain amount of time.

If you stabilize your the rythm, your brain activity is stabilizing.

There are a lot of custom that your brain makes clear.

But stabilizing your life rythm is important.

Human's brain is not the machine, and your brain cannot be effective for long time.

The time to stay active and it is repeating time to time to rest's cicle.

This brain's cicle and match the rythm of life in other words, try to live regular life and your brain works most effectively.   

On the other hand, if the living life rythm is a turbulence, brain rythm became shifted.

Originally, the efficiency falls by working at the time when the brain rests.

The brain likes to sabotage so some suppreption is needed.

The person who come to the office on time might be all right, but nowadays there is flextime system's office is growing it's number.
If it is free to come to work, disturbing the wake-up time is profibited.
If it is so, avoid trouble somethings and become a lazy brain.

It is ok for working age, but after retirement the living life rythm is disheveled, your brain become rapidly become blurring.

Try to maintain active brain,  give moderate oppression.
The most effective way to do that is to maintain regular work.

To replenish your energy, breakfast is essential.

In the morning your energy of brain is lack of nutrition.
According to ministry of health's nutrition survey, every citizen's 12.6% skip morning dish.
There is much bigger and bigger  people who skip the  morning dish and today, as I keep watching the figure,
There seem smaller than ecpected, but this is target figure to all age.

If you look at that figure by age, 20-29 years old is 31.2% and 30-39 is 24.5 percent and 40-49 is 19.5 perscent.
Volume zone for breakfast missing meals is a working society member.

While busy life is continues, "someone who want to sleep to sacrifice the breakfast" but if you want to work with increased efficiency,
never skip your breakfast.

Because, breakfast is essential energy source for make your brain active.
In the first place, the workings of the brain, the energy is essential and the only nutrients is glucose.

Glucose is produced by eating rice and bread and carbohydrates, and nutrients that produced in body.
Glucose cannot store in your brain, so by eating rice and bread, nutrients that produced in your body.

You cannot store them in your brain, the thing is getting someone who flows in the blood.
If you lack of glucose, your brain fanction getting drop and if in worst case, your brain function become stop by hypoglycemia.

In general, people is consume 250 gram glucose, about fifty percent of that are consumed in your brain.
So you have to regulary supply that.

And the most important is brain stay active while you are sleeping by getting glucose, after your wake up and you cannot your brain is working, that mainly because lack of glucose and energy is not well received.

That is why, you keep breakfast to take, and make glcose in your body, and need to brain work normally.
I mean,  none of you have breakfast is needed and affect brain activity in the morning.

The ideal breakfast to your brain keep woking is eating grain and potatoes.
To get good energy, you have to eat a good staple food.

And if you eat carbohydrates, glcouse in your blood is reach it's peak. 
But if the blood sugar is too high concentration is down so, it is counter productive to so much intake.

Three meals a day, and try to live healthy life style, there is no lack of Glucouse.
But in the morning, there is lack of glcose and it is the fact.

Often the priority of the three colors a day is called gold and silver and copper.
And this one is right if it is brain working.

Morning chore is the best braing training.
Like sports brain also need to warming up.

After wake up, brain switches active mode. 
In general after 2 to 3 hours later it become most active.
Or rather, you are not ok to keep spacing out.

By moving hand and feet and mouth, the brood is raised on your top of your head, and spread to your the whole of your brain.

After you waking up, we reccomend, to take a walk, stretch, and clean your room and housecleaning.
Walking is not only contain good air into your brain, but also by walking outside, your brain become trying to
confirm your surrounding and become activate.

Stretching is also takes oxygen into your brain.
To clean your room you clean up the place that is you care about.
It is not only excersise, but stimulant your decision and choice.

And if you live alone, it is good to make your own breakfast.
Decide your menue, from the refrigerator amd move your hands and cooking is effective your brain.
And move your hand by throwing away the garbage in the morning or not using escalator, use stairway and move your feet to make a chance is also workable.

So devise a variety of ways.
